There was an issue with a spark plug not being installed with the right gap so within a few hours of receiving the vehicle the check engine was on. We returned to the dealership at minutes before 5 and Evan assured us he would get it looked at ASAP. Then he stayed late and gave us a ride home. The next morning which was Saturday, I received a call from Kalli that they had called in a tech and had the issue corrected. They delivered my vehicle to my house. By a little after 8am. Sometimes things go wrong, but they made it right. I appreciate Evan and Kalli.
